Frequently Asked Questions

Dear Agnes, played by Touchstone ensemble member Mary Wright.

Below are some of Festival UnBound’s frequently asked questions.  If after reviewing you still have a question, feel free to reach out to Touchstone at 610-867-1689 and we’ll do our best to answer.  Thanks!

Is there a Festival UnBound schedule?

Yes, here’s a link to it. And here’s a link to a Day-by-Day schedule.

Is there a venue map?

Yes, here’s a link to it.

How do I “Festival UnBound”?

Fig Bethlehem wrote a wonderful how-to article to help guide audience members through the festival.  Link here to read it and make your plan.

How do I order tickets?

You can order online on the events page or by calling Touchstone at 610-867-1689.  You can also buy your tickets at the door of each venue*; if you choose this route, be warned that smaller venues may sell out.

*One exception is To Hunt a Wild Utopia, where patrons are required to buy tickets in advance to reserve their bike.

I’m on a budget; how can I still enjoy Festival UnBound?

Many events are free or by donation.  Also, for any ticketed events, there are a limited amount of Pay What You Will (PWYW) tickets set aside.  To reserve your PWYW tickets, call the box office at 610-867-1689.

I want to experience it all!  What’s the best way?

Festival UnBound festival passes are the way to go!  $145 for an adult pass and $110 for a student or senior pass (25% off discount).  You can order them here.  Passes will get you into every Festival UnBound event.  We suggest that after you order your pass, you select your shows and reserve your seats by emailing lisa@touchstone.org to ensure you have a seat at any of the smaller venues.

Where do I park?

PLEASE NOTE:  Below are suggested places to park to make getting to events around the festival as easy as possible. There are a lot of venues, and a lot of people attending events! Please leave enough time to park and walk to the venue and, of course, read parking signs, pay your meter, etc. There are markers that indicate a lot is reserved for Festival UnBound; they vary based on the lot, but in general, look for a Festival UnBound logo.

Finally: A BIG thank you to the many partners who graciously allowed us to use their lots and to keep our parking costs low.
